Acceptance of Terms


By using the iButler website, mobile application, or other online services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the Terms.


Registration and Account Security


To access certain features or services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify iButler immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.


Service Requests and Scheduling


To request a cleaning service, you must provide the necessary information, including your contact details, property information, and service preferences. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for each service request.


Once a service request is submitted, iButler will confirm the date and time for the cleaning service. You are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible and prepared for cleaning at the scheduled time. If our cleaning professionals cannot access the property or if additional cleaning time is required due to the property's condition, you may be subject to additional fees.


Payment and Cancellation


Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods. By providing your payment information, you authorize iButler and our third-party payment processors to charge the applicable fees for the cleaning services.


If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, you must notify iButler at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.


Satisfaction Guarantee and Liability


iButler is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will arrange for a re-cleaning at no additional charge.


iButler's liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to our cleaning services is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or damage to property.


Intellectual Property


The content and materials on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of iButler or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or otherwise use the content and materials on our Services without the prior written consent of iButler or the applicable rights holder.


Termination


We reserve the right to terminate your access to and use of our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason or no reason, without liability to you.


Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the New South Wales,  without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or, if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in the jurisdiction of iButler's principal place of business. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration.


Severability


If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.


Entire Agreement


These Terms, together with any other legal notices or terms published on our Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Singapore International Arbitration Centre with respect to your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
