Choose time
and date
Once you've selected the desired service, you can easily choose a date and time for the service provider's availability through the calendar on our app. The calendar displays the service provider's real-time availability, allowing you to pick a time that works best for your schedule. You can book in advance or for same-day service, depending on your needs and availability.
Confirm your access preference
iButler gives you the flexibility to choose the access preference based on your presence at home. You can select from three options: Access Granted, where a temporary passcode will be issued to unlock your smart lock for service provider's access; Knocking Only, where the service provider will knock on your door for access; or Do Not Disturb, for times when it's not convenient for access. This allows you to customize your service experience based on your preferences and convenience.
